Design and construction of a 100 bed hospital including 6 operating theatres, medical plaza, specialist clinics, physiotherapy facilities and pharmacy. 7 floors with total built-up area of 16,500sq.m.. Construction in 3 phases: first phase to allow the existing hospital to be relocated, followed by demolition ofthe original building and construction of further extensions. Facilities were maintained throughout demolition of the existing and construction of the new hospitals - extensive coordination and planning of activities to minimize disturbance to the hospital and patients.
